Search for gamma-gamma decays of a Higgs boson produced in association with a fermion pair in e+e- at the highest LEP centre-of-mass energies.

The analysis of photon pair events arising from a Higgs boson produced in association with a fermion pair via the Higgs-strahlung process e+e- to Hff is performed in the data sample collected at LEP with the ALEPH detector in 2000. No significant excess is seen from the data. An upper limit is derived and combined with previous LEP energies, as a function of the Higgs boson mass, on the product of the e+e- to Hff cross section and the H to gamma-gamma branching fraction.
