However, according to the Grangier-Rogers-Aspect EPR experimental results, the theoretical results of Garcia, Ibarguen and Plebanski, as well as the mathematically consistent nonlinear evolutionary equations of Weinberg, Polchinski, Gisin and Czachor, EPR photon-to-photon information communication or FTL information communication is theoretically possible. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to propose that normal concepts of time and space breakdown and attain null values as the speed of light constant is matched and then surpassed where FTL by several million fold is possible due to the nullification of the effects of mass (m). For in the new physics, both the force of gravity (F = mg) and the centrifugal force are non-existent and mass becomes meaningless, since forces are time fields and take different forms. Particular attention is given to the experimental results of Aspect et al. The synchronicity of the two like photons were maintained consistently under various test conditions and given that the test results provided the greatest violation of Bell Inequalities by more than thirteen standard deviations which agreed perfectly with the quantum mechanical predictions, the nonlocality nature of the EPR experiment denoted that quantum mechanical correlations were being pushed far above the speed of light constant (c) across both time and space as normally known, thereby giving rise to the notion of action-at-a-distance. Evidence statistically favoring the existence of a tachyonic muon neutrino has also been shown. Thus, it is theoretically possible that FTL-ULS (Ultra Light Speed) and paired photon information communication can occur beyond the light cone regions of the past and future within the realm of nonlinear quantum mechanics. A solution has been provided utilizing a bridge where neutral nuclear particles (neutron or neutrino) exhibit zero mass, zero gravitation, and are independent of energy. Use of the time-dependent Schrodinger equation in its overall connection with the Unified Field Theory will also be proposed.
