The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract, without competitive tendering, for the supply of the insertion tooling of the CMS Electromagnetic barrel calorimeter with the DEPARTMENT OF ASTROPHYSICS, PARTICLE PHYSICS, NUCLEAR PHYSICS AND ASSOCIATED INSTRUMENTATION (DAPNIA), CEA SACLAY (FR) for a total amount of 525 000 Swiss francs, not subject to revision. DAPNIA, CEA SACLAY has indicated the following distribution by country of the contract value covered by this adjudication proposal: FR - 100%.
