Luminosity errors at LEPII energies
This note summarises the Luminosity error achieved at LEP II energies for years 1996 to 2000. Detailed systematic errors are given, including year to year correlations. Cross-checks with respect to Sical measurement and Z calibration data analysis are shown as well.
