Temperature Dependence of MDT Wire Tension
The wire tension of an 80~cm long aluminum drift tube was measured as a function of temperature in the range of 20~$^0$C to 30~$^0$C. The temperature dependence of the wire tension was found to be ( 1.56$\pm$0.025)~g/~$^0$C in good agreement with the expectation of 1.57~g/~$^0$C.
