The Shielding of the ATLAS Forward Region from the point of view of Materials Technology and some Construction Aspects

The aim of this note is to discuss a concept and a construction of the ATLAS forward region shielding as a contribution to the chapter on shielding for the ATLAS infrastructure TDR. It follows our previous remarks on this question.
