Sumario:The current evolution of full-sized prototype silicon micro-strip detectorsfor the ATLAS SCT during proton irradiation with the 24 GeV beam from theCERN PS is described.It is shown that the measured detector currents agree well withthe predictions of bulk radiation damage parameterizations, indicating thatthe detector design is robust against other damage effects.
