Sumario:This note provides an overview of the COmBined Reconstruction for Atlas (Cobra) package. Cobra extends on the L3 Geane package and implements a combined muon reconstruction in Atlas. The concepts behind the package, the assumptions made and their implications in a general sense are documented here, but their validity and their implications for Atlas in specific are investigated in an upcoming note.
