description The B-trigger relies on good quality track reconstruction, both in terms of efficiency and track parameter resolution, at transverse momenta down to ~1 GeV. It is important for the trigger to be robust with respect to the effects of misalignment and detector inefficiency. In this note, the effects of pixel, SCT and TRT misalignment are evaluated for three B-trigger channels Bd -> pi+ pi-, Ds -> phi(K+K-)pi and J/psi -> e+e-. In addition the effects of pixel and SCT inefficiency have been studied.
