Sumario:Studies of Multi{anode Photo Multiplier Tubes (MaPMTs), which are a possible photo{detector for the LHCb RICHes, are presented. These studies include those of a cluster of MaPMTs equipped with lenses at the SPS beam during the Summer of 1999. The read{out electronics used were capable of capturing the data at 40 MHz. Results on the effect of charged particles and magnetic fields on MaPMTs are also presented.
