LHCb calorimeter front-end electronics radiation dose and single event effects

Two irradiation tests of the calorimeter front-end shaper have been performed, in June 2001 at the Centre de Proton Thérapie (Orsay) and in December 2001 at GANIL (Caen). The results of the tests clearly show the satisfying resistance of the shaper to SEL. |
