Sumario:The CMS Silicon Strip Tracker will be exposed in 10 years of operation to a very high flux of charge particles and neutrons. The radiation behaviour of the silicon detector has to be evaluated in order to establish possible solutions for its survival. Calculations were carried on with the recent parameterisation developed in the ROSE/RD48 collaboration. Depletion voltage, leakage current and power dissipation are the key quantities for this scenario prevision.
