Sumario:The process of light Higgs boson production pp to Hqq to gamma gamma + 2 forward jets provides good possibilities of the Higgs boson signal detection at the LHC, competitive with the inclusive process pp to gamma gamma X and its 'radiative derivative' with high p_tjet pp to gamma gamma + jet. Differential cross sections for the signal and irreducible background are calculated under the conditions of double forward jet tagging. For m_{Higgs}=115-145 GeV the partonic level signal significance S= N_S sqrt{N_B}= 5 is reached at the luminosities of 8-12 fb^{-1}, assuming 100 % efficiency of events reconstruction. Detector simulation by means of CMSJET package is performed. The detector level signal significance S=5 is reached at higher luminosities of 25-35 fb^{-1}. At m_H=115 GeV the 5 sigma discovery level is achieved at the luminosity of 33 fb^{-1}.
