description The Track Sorter Master (TSM) is an element of the on-chamber trigger electronics of the Muon Barrel Drift Tubes of the CMS experiment. The devices (Actel A54SX), tested with a 59 Mev proton beam, show a radiation tolerant behaviour; we calculate a Single-Event-Upset cross-section upper limit (at 90% c.l.) of <2.9/10^12 cm2 per A54SX32 chip.
