description This note presents a study of the non-Standard Model WWgamma couplings using a NLO generator together with a realistic CMS detector simulation. The backgrounds to the Wgamma signal are discussed and methods to reduce them are presented. The sensitivity of CMS to the CP conserving anomalous couplings, Delta kappa and lambda, of the WWgamma vertex has been evaluated. The 95% confidence level limits were determined for 100 fb-1 of data with a form factor scale of Lambda = 2 TeV as : - 0.10 <Delta kappa< +0.10 - 0.0009 <lambda< +0.0009 These results are compared with existing data and the predictions from the Tevatron.
