description The Bs->J/psi+K0*->mu+ mu- K+ pi- decay channel for Bsbar( Bs) oscillation study using the CMS detector is presented. A limit on the mixing parameter xs of about 20 can be obtained assuming the vertex detector configuration for high luminosity operation with first pixel layer at R=7.5 cm and 10^4 pb-1. Background estimates using other B decay studies indicate that a signal to background ratio of 1:1 is achievable. An improvement is possible if the low luminosity vertex detector configuration with first pixel layer at R=3.8 cm is used.
