| Sumario: | The performance of prototype end-cap modules of the ATLAS SemiConductor Tracker (SCT) are discussed. The results are obtained in stand-alone as well as test beam measurements performed on modules both before and after irradiation with protons with a total dose corresponding to the expectation for ten years of operation at the LHC. Finally, the present status of construction is summarised. |
