| Sumario: | Title: Study of a possible light collector system for multi-anode photomultiplier tubes Abstract: A possible light collector system to increase the geometrical acceptance of multi-anode photomultiplier tubes has been studied. It is shown that the geometrical losses of the bare multi-anode photomultiplier tubes could be recovered without image distortions. Light transport losses can be as low as a few percent, provided the light-pipe material has good transparency. |
