Simulation of the vertex trigger preprocessor: effects of noise on L1 performance
99-003 This note describes a study of the performance of the vertex off-detector electronics trigger preprocessor. The effect of correlated noise on the vertex trigger is shown and the strategies to correct it are discussed.
