The CARIOCA Front End Chip for the LHCb muon chambers
The CARIOCA chip is an 8 channel Amplifier Shaper Discriminator chip for the LHCb muon system wire chambers, developed in IBM 0.25um CMOS technology. This note describes the specifications, overall functionality and building blocks of the chip.
