Detector geometry vertex locator test-beam software description

The test-beam software classes describing the mapping of data acquisition channel numbers to detector strip positions are described. The local detector and global test-beam co-ordinate systems are given. A description of the detector geometry of the Hamamatsu and Micron prototype detectors as implemented in the test-beam software is provided.
