A new quadrilateral mesh generator for LHC magnet optimisation

A new quadrilateral mesh generator using geometrical domain decomposition has been implemented into the ROXIE 8.0 version. This note describes briefly the mesh generator and its application, and gives the field quality estimates for the latest version of the LHC dipole cross-section.
