Synchrotron radiation in the RF system for LHC V6.4.

IR4 has been redesigned in 2001 n order to install the RF system in the centre of the cavern. In this note the synchrotron radiation emitted by the dogleg dipoles and arriving in RF system is estimated. An upper limit of the power deposited on the end tapers of the RF cavities is 0.025W.
