Requirements and Accuracy of the Measurement of the Relative Beam Momentum with the BPM System
The aim of this note is to evaluate the accuracy with which the beam momentum must be controlled and hence measured. The measurement algorithm is described and the corresponding requirements on the Beam Position Measurement (BPM) System calculated.
