Electron-cloud Simulations for the LHC Straight Sections
In this report, we summarize recent simulation results concerning the electron-cloud induced heat load in the arcs and straight sections of the LHC, and its dependence on the chamber aperture, the maximum secondary emission yield, and the beam spacing in the common vacuum sections.
