Sumario: | In order to get a better understanding of a measured efficiency loss in the inter-strip region of the LHCb Silicon Inner Tracker sensors, the generation of silicon detector signals has been simulated. The simulation has been performed for different sensor geometries. For each geometry several parameters have been varied. Some of the results have been compared to measurements taken in a LASER setup. |
