Study of a novel method to measure chromaticity in the SPS at 26 GeV

This note describes the experiment carried out at the SPS to test a new technique to measure chromaticity. This technique is based on Fourier spectrum of the transverse motion after applying a longitudinal and a transverse kick at the same time.
