It is of interest to evaluate whether the already wide energy range (600 MeV to 1.4 GeV) of this unique test facility can be extended as low as 150 MeV to cover the potential needs of ADS systems. The feasibility and implications of operating the PS Booster - ISOLDE Complex at 150 MeV are analysed.
