Sumario:As we know, a chooser and a choice are generally needed in any wavefunction collapse model. In this paper, we mainly analyze the chooser problem. We argue that the chooser may be the possible random motion of particle described by the wave function itself. A new wavefunction collapse model in discrete space-time is presented in terms of the assumed chooser. The existence of a unique collapse law may imply the validity of such option. We further give a primary analysis of the choice. It is argued that the energy of particle may be the choice, and the random motion of the particle in the energy space may result in the dynamical collapse of wave function. The collapse time formula is given based on such choice. It is denoted that some experimental evidences also support the collapse time formula. Lastly, a general comparison between the new collapse model and other collapse models is given, and the assumed random motion of particle is also analyzed in more detail.
