| Sumario: | The 12-bit analog-to-digital converter AD9042 is used in the front-end readout system of the ATLAS Calorimeter. Randomly selected chips from each of the production lots must be qualified for their radiation hardness. An evaluation system was developed to measure the dynamic performance of the qualification samples in each lot. Measurement results of 10 sample chips demonstrated the ultra low noise performance of the evaluation system. |
