Sumario:This paper is a mathematical treatment of Einstein's original paper on Special Relativity ("On the Thermodynamics of Moving Bodies," Annalen Der Physik, 1905). It is not an effort to discredit Einstein, or to disprove time dilation or length contraction. To the contrary, it confirms them. However, in pursuit of the solution of the Pioneer Anomaly and other anomalies, the paper of 1905 is analyzed line for line, and several highly important algebraic errors are discovered. The end result of rerunning Einstein's equation's without these errors is the fine-tuning of the famous transformation term gamma, and the discovery of heretofore overlooked first-degree transforms. Einstein's transformation equation for velocity is found to be a second-degree transform, but a first-degree transform exists and is put forward in this paper.
