Sumario:Astrophysical data on the Supernova luminosity-distance - redshift relations, recalculated in terms of relative measurement standards, is utilized as a justification of conformal-invariant unified theory, where all masses, including masses of the Planck and Higgs, become the present- day values of dynamic variable of evolution of the universe in a regime of the dominances of a free scalar field. Planck epoch with the primordial fireball of the Hot Universe Scenario is substituted by the epoch of cosmological creation from physical vacuum of W-, Z-bosons. Arguments for the benefit of existence of initial data of the cosmic evolution which describe all visible matter including CMB radiation as product of decays of the primordial bosons in the framework of Standard Model are listed.
