The two chromatographic methods for analysis of radiochemical purity investigated that the kit could be used with sodium pertechnetate (Technetium-9 sup 9 sup m) up to 25 mCi, volume 2-5 ml and the Tc9 sup 9 sup m -MAG 3 complex reached maximum at 15 mins. The shelf life of the complex and the expiry date of the kit were 4 hrs and 6 months respectivily.
