Calculation of the nuclear fission data based on the framework of the QMD + SDM

The quantum molecular dynamics (QMD), statistical decay model (SDM) and the statistical fission theory were used to analyze the mass distribution of the fission products, the prompt fission neutron spectrum (x(E)) and the prompt fission neutron multiplicities (nu-bar sub p sub f (E)) caused by the i...

description The quantum molecular dynamics (QMD), statistical decay model (SDM) and the statistical fission theory were used to analyze the mass distribution of the fission products, the prompt fission neutron spectrum (x(E)) and the prompt fission neutron multiplicities (nu-bar sub p sub f (E)) caused by the intermediate energy nucleon-induced fission. The semi-empirical formula of energy level density parameter used in the statistical process was also studied. Very few adjustable parameters were included in the present method. By some physical analysis, it can be thought that the present results are reasonable. The x(E) and nu-bar sub p sub f (E) can be obtained in the intermediate energy region by the present method
