description This document concerns the award of a contract, without competitive tendering, for the supply of 1780 radiation-tolerant power supplies for the LHC quench protection system. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract, without competitive tendering, for the supply of 1780 radiation-tolerant power supplies for the LHC quench protection system with SYKO (DE) for a total amount of 455 680 euros (697 650 Swiss francs). The total amount will be financed by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of the Government of India. The amount in Swiss francs has been calculated using the present rate of exchange.
