Proposal for the award of a contract, without competitive tendering, for the supply of quadrupole and sextupole magnets for the CLIC Test Facility CTF3

This document concerns the supply of quadrupole and sextupole magnets for the CLIC Test Facility CTF3. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract, without competitive tendering, with the BUDKER INSTITUTE OF NUCLEAR PHYSICS (BINP) (RU) for the supply of quadrupole and sextupole magnets for the CLIC Test Facility CTF3 for a total amount of 330 500 Swiss francs, not subject to revision.
