Sumario:The search for the Higgs boson is one of the most important tasks of the two multi-purpose experiments ATLAS and CMS, which will be placed inside the LHC 14 TeV proton-proton collider. The most recent studies, which have been developed with detailed simulations of the detector geometry and response, has pointed out that the LHC detectors have the possibility to cover the whole mass spectrum and detect the Standard Model Higgs boson signal.
