Proposal for the award of a contract for the operation of the CERN telephone switchboard

This document concerns the award of a contract for the operation of the CERN telephone switchboard. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract with the consortium CREYFS (CH) â?" CONTENT (NL), the lowest bidder, for the operation of the CERN telephone switchboard for a total amount not exceeding 961 740 Swiss francs for an initial period of three years starting on 1 January 2005, not subject to revision. The contract will include options for two one-year extensions beyond the initial three-year period
