Sumario: | Input parameters needed to a CMS data analysis computing model simulation were determined by a combined analysis of the data stored by the GridICE and BOSS monitoring systems from July to October 2003 when simulating two million events for CMS data challenge 2004, in a Grid distributed environment on a dedicated CMS testbed (CMS-LCG0). During the production, the two monitoring systems were taking records of complementary information for each submitted job. In particular, by integrating data from both monitoring system databases, the measurements of the job execution performance on different processors used in the CMS-LCG0 testbed, were obtained. First results about the simulation of the CMS-LCG0 testbed using the Ptolemy program were also reported. |
