Proposal for the award of a contract for printing work and desktop publishing at CERN

This document concerns the award of a contract for printing work and desktop publishing at CERN. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract with the consortium DCS (CH) â?" AV + ASTORIA (AT), the lowest bidder after alignment, for printing work and desktop publishing at CERN for a total amount not exceeding 2 256 030 Swiss francs for an initial period of three years starting on 1 April 2005, not subject to revision. The contract will include options for two one-year extensions beyond the initial three-year period.
