description This document concerns the award of a contract, without competitive tendering, for the supply of 103 carbon fibre-reinforced carbon (CFC) jaws for the LHC collimators. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract, without competitive tendering, with TATSUNO (JP) for the supply of 103 CFC collimator jaws for a total amount of 23 087 900 Japanese Yen (267 000 Swiss francs), not subject to revision. The amount in Swiss francs has been calculated using the present rate of exchange.
