description Following the preliminary report by the Chairman of the Working Group and discussion held in the Restricted Council meeting of 16 December 2004, the Council is invited to approve the content and proposals of this report concerning the future procedure for: a) the appointment of Council-appointed members of the Governing Board and their alternates; b) the term of office of members and alternates of the Governing Board; c) the appointment of the Chairman of the Governing Board; d) the term of office of the Chairman of the Governing Board. For a) to d) above, the Council is invited to approve the proposed amendments to Articles I 2.05 and I 2.06 of the Rules of the Pension Fund set out in Annex 1 to this document.
