Laboratory Measurements on Irradiated Prototype Ladders for the LHCb Inner Tracker

Laboratory measurements of the performance of irradiated ladders for the LHCb Inner Tracker are presented. In particular the effect of the irradiation on the charge collection and detector noise are studied in detail.
