Upper bound of I=0 exchange in K pi scattering

Using K pi phase shifts and pi pi inelasticity above KK production, the modulus of the pi pi to KKI=0 S wave is bounded below KK threshold from Poisson's formula applied to K pi amplitudes on a family of (s, u) symmetric hyperbolas. (8 refs).
