A nucleus far from stability: /sub 78//sup 182/Pt

The /sub 78//sup 182/Pt nucleus is studied by conversion electron and gamma on-line spectroscopy from the decay of /sub 79//sup 182/Au (T /sup 1/2/=22.1+or-1.3 s) using the ISOLDE facilities. A partial level scheme is discussed. (7 refs).
