Theoretical ideas about e$^{-}$e$^{+} \to$ hadrons at high energies
The author devotes most of the paper to a discussion of R(q/sup 2/) identical to sigma (e/sup +/e/sup -/ to hadrons)/ sigma (e/sup +/e/sup -/ to mu /sup -/ mu /sup +/) and briefly mentions the implications of the hadronic data for QED and two photon processes. (73 refs).
