Study of $^{159}$Ho, $^{89}$Nb and $^{197}$Tl in ($^{3}$He, 3n $\gamma$) reactions
The properties of /sup 159/Ho, /sup 89/Nb and /sup 197/Tl have been studied by means of in-beam gamma -ray spectroscopy. Assignments have been made in /sup 159/Ho for the bands built on the Nilsson states 7/2 /sup -/(523), 1/2/sup +/(411) and 1/2/sup -/(541). Eight new levels have been introduced in...

Sumario: | The properties of /sup 159/Ho, /sup 89/Nb and /sup 197/Tl have been studied by means of in-beam gamma -ray spectroscopy. Assignments have been made in /sup 159/Ho for the bands built on the Nilsson states 7/2 /sup -/(523), 1/2/sup +/(411) and 1/2/sup -/(541). Eight new levels have been introduced in the level scheme of /sup 89/Nb, from which three form the succession 13/2/sup +/, 17/2/sup +/ and 21/2/sup +/. In the /sup 197/Tl nucleus, the low-lying 9/2/sup -/ state is interpreted as the oblate deformed one and corresponding rotational states are proposed. |
