Study of $^{159}$Ho, $^{89}$Nb and $^{197}$Tl in ($^{3}$He, 3n $\gamma$) reactions

In the /sup 197/Tl nucleus, the low-lying 9/2/sup -/ state is interpreted as the oblate deformed one and corresponding rotational states are proposed.
