Neutron pair emission following the capture of $\pi^{-}$ in $\^{14}N
A first study of the reaction /sup 14/N( pi /sup -/,2n)/sup 12/C at rest is reported. The nucleon pair quantum numbers favoured in the absorption process are deduced.
