The present knowledge of mod F/sub pi / mod and the value of a low- energy (e/sup +/e/sup -/) storage ring

The present knowledge of the modulus of the pion electromagnetic form factor mod F/sub pi / mod in the spacelike and timelike regions is reviewed. The interest in studying the low-energy range of the e/sup + /e/sup -/ annihilation into pions is discussed as well as a possible storage ring. (11 refs)...
